We have had a busy few months in Senior Infants and First Class. We have been looking at the themes of Transport and Food. The children made some excellent bridges, using a range of different materials. We played with the transport toys and learned about transport in the past. We investigated slopes, using dinky cars for Science.
Our food theme introduced us to food from around the world and food from the past, and our science investigation explored our taste buds! We were very lucky to have Ann-Marie to show us how to make waffles and we all had a taste...delicious!
